How long does it usually take to recharge?

Charging time is about 4H, please charge it more than 6H for the first time. The charging indicator is red and turms green when it is full. Please note that the EP-10 is not applicable to PD fast charging line.

What should you do if you find that the digital piano won’t turn on?

First of all, please check that the digital piano is charged, if it can’t turn on after charging please contact Eastar for assistance.
