Warm Tips:

1. Please use 32GB micro sd card, class 10 or above(32GB SD card is included). Please format the sd card on computer and on dash camera first before recording.

2. Please turn off motion detection AND parking mode function and adjust G-sensor to a “low” when you are driving.

3. Please press the OK button to stop the recording first, then press the MENU button to access the setting.

4. The dash camaera for car is equipped with a small battery for saving emergency file and setting only. The dashcams will shut down after 5mins if there is no extenral power connection. You need plug the car charger while use the car camera recorder.

5. If you want screen off but dash cam still keep recording, just choose” Screen Saver” in setting, dashcam will keep recording as normal.

6. If your suction cup, rear camera or other accessories are broken or missed, please let us know, we will help you asap.

Warm Tips to install the Rear Car Camera:

1. Please make sure that the red wire of the dash cam rear is connected to the positive pole of the reversing light, so that the reversing image car can appear in “reverse gear”.

2. If you don’t need to use the reversing image, but only for the rear video, then the red wire does not need to be connected to the positive pole of the reversing light, just wrap the red wire.

Dash Cam Size AND Button/Interface Details

Q: The recorder can’t take pictures and video?

A: Check whether the TF card has enough space and is locked.

Q: Can’t charge?

A: The normal dash recorder has a built-in battery, which can be used for 3-5 minutes in an emergency. Because the battery will be exhausted during transportation, it needs to be charged for a period of time after receiving the recorder before it can be started. If it still cannot be turned on, then the car charger is probably damaged.

Q: Why is the card full after a few days of use?

A: You need to check whether the G-Sensor, Parking Monitor and Motion Detection functions are turned on, because the videos recorded by these three functions cannot be automatically overwritten.

Q: Why does the rear camera not display and have no image?

A: The reversing camera needs to be connected well before the power is turned on. It is recommended to insert it several times. There may be burrs in the production process, which may cause poor contact.
