General Instructions ( Easy to Use )

Q1: Will my phone case affect wireless charging?

Compatible with all phone cases that thickness <4mm, but not compatible with cases with metal, ring or ultra-thick uneven surface.

Q2: Why my phone can’t charging?

1, Make sure that your phone supports wireless charging. Not supports PD protocol. Whether the PD protocol is supported.

2, Please check if your phone case compatible with our wireless car charger(refer to Q3).

3, Please connect the power to charger your phone, the built-in super capacitor only allows you to open the arms 5-8 times in 1 hour after power off.

4, Please move your phone slightly, the phone is not magnetically attracted into place.

5, The temperature of the phone is too high, and the overheat protection causes the charging to stop.

Q3: Why not fast charging?

The fast charging requires ≥9V/2A QC3.0 fast charger adapter; 5V/2A: normal charging speed; 5V/1A: insufficient power supply.

Q4: Will this phone wireless Charger fit my car?

Vent clip installation is compatible with horizontal, vertical vent blades; suction cup installation will fit all cars, you only need to find a flat surface, you can also install it on the windshield.
