What is the weight capacity of this unit?

Please rest assured that the slide is very strong and sturdy.

What size hardware should I use to mount the slide? it arrived with no mounting hardware.

You can used those wood nut you pound in wood used 1/4 bolt and bolted it down. some customer use it off road and wheeling in the rocks never came loose yet.

Are the straps included?

Yes, it comes with straps.

Does it have a way to attach or lock the fridge to the slide?

We do not recommend directly fixing the refrigerator on the car with holes because it may damage the function of the refrigerator. Maybe you can make a frame to guard against theft.

Does the pull out sag at all? are you able to install the unit flush with the floor?

ICECO slides are very well built and strong. Normally when you pull it out, if you have something heavy on it, it will tilt a little bit. But it does not affect the use and it normally can be telescopic.
